Our installation crews are trained on each manufacturer's specification so your warranty is preserved. We never cut corners on starter strips, fastener patterns, ice-and-water shield, or ridge ventilation. Asphalt Shingles
The most common residential roof in Utah and Nebraska. Architectural (dimensional) shingles offer a layered look, strong wind resistance, and manufacturer warranties up to 50 years. We work with several major manufacturers and help you pick a color and profile that fits your home.
Metal Roofing
Standing-seam and exposed-fastener metal roofs handle Utah snow loads and Nebraska hail extremely well. Metal lasts longer than asphalt, sheds snow cleanly, and reflects heat in summer. Higher upfront cost, lower lifetime cost.
Other Systems
We install and source other systems — including specific underlayments, ventilation products, and flashing materials — based on what your project needs. If you're replacing a unique roof, ask and we'll tell you straight whether we're the right crew for the job.

Day 0 — Free Estimate
We come to your property, climb the roof, take measurements and photos, and give you a written quote. No pressure, no obligation.
Pre-Install
Materials are ordered and delivered. We coordinate the install date around the weather forecast — we don't start a tear-off if rain is in the immediate forecast.
Days 1–3 — Installation
Most residential roofs are completed in 1–3 days depending on size, pitch, complexity, and material. Larger homes or steep/cut-up roofs may take longer. Our crew protects landscaping, uses tarps over windows and AC units, and cleans up daily.
Final Walkthrough
We walk the property with you, point out the work, do a final magnetic-sweep for nails, and answer any questions. You receive your warranty paperwork in writing.

How long does a new roof installation take?
Most residential roofs are completed in 1 to 3 days, depending on the size of the home, the roof pitch, the material, and the weather. Larger or more complex roofs may take longer. We give you a realistic timeline before we start and update you if anything changes.
Do I need to replace my whole roof or can I just repair it?
If your roof is under about 15 years old, has localized damage, and the rest of the surface is in good shape, repair is usually the right answer. Full replacement makes sense when the roof is near the end of its lifespan, has widespread damage, or has been re-roofed multiple times. We give you our honest read after inspecting it — even if that means recommending a repair instead of a replacement.
What roofing materials do you install?
We install asphalt shingles (3-tab and architectural), standing-seam and exposed-fastener metal roofing, and other systems suited to your home and climate. All materials come from established manufacturers with their own warranties.
Will you tear off the old roof or just go over it?
We strongly prefer full tear-off. Going over an existing roof (a 'layover') hides deck damage, voids most manufacturer warranties, adds weight your structure may not be designed for, and shortens the new roof's life. In rare cases a layover may be acceptable, but we'll walk you through the trade-offs first.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
You get two warranties: the manufacturer's material warranty (up to 50 years on premium asphalt shingle products, varies by product) and our written workmanship warranty on the installation itself. Both are delivered to you in writing.
