Any work we perform for you will be governed by a separate written estimate, proposal, or contract that you and Cardona Company sign. Pricing, schedules, and warranty terms displayed or referenced on the Site are general and may change; the terms in your signed proposal will control.

3. Informational Content; No Warranty

Articles, guides, and other content on the Site are provided for general informational purposes only. Roofing decisions depend on the specific condition of your property, local building codes, weather, and other factors. The Site is not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a qualified contractor.

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Iron County, Utah, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. This venue provision applies only to disputes about the Site itself; disputes about a signed roofing contract will be governed by the dispute- resolution terms in that contract.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
